What this policy covers

This policy applies to our marketing site (including our website and its subdomains) and to the learning platform we provide to institutes and their students.

Information we collect

When you enquire through our website form, you choose to share your name, WhatsApp number, email address, business type and approximate number of students.

When an institute uses the platform, we collect the account and branding details it provides (such as institute name, logo, contact details and course content), and the student information the institute chooses to add or that students provide when they enrol — typically name, phone number, email, the courses they enrol in, their progress, and payment status.

Automatically, like most websites and apps, we may collect standard technical information such as device and browser type, IP address, approximate location and pages viewed, to keep the Service secure and working well.

How we use your information

To contact you about a demo, walkthrough and a quote for your institute.
To create, run and support each institute's branded app and courses.
To let students log in, access their courses, take tests and track progress.
To keep the Service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
To improve our website, product and advertising.

Payments

Course fees are collected through each institute's own payment gateway (for example, Razorpay). Payments are processed directly between the student, the institute and the payment provider. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI credentials or bank details ourselves.

Video and course content

Lesson videos are embedded from third-party services such as YouTube and Vimeo. When you watch an embedded video, that provider's own privacy policy also applies.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers we use to run the Service, and only as needed — for example: web hosting and database providers, our lead-capture email tool, spreadsheet/storage tools we use to record enquiries, messaging tools (such as WhatsApp) to reach you, and analytics or advertising tools (such as Google) to measure our website and ads. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Institutes and their students: where an institute uses our platform, that institute decides what student data to collect and why — it is the "controller" of its students' data, and we act as a "processor" handling that data on its behalf and under its instructions.

Cookies & advertising

Our website and app may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and — where advertising tags such as Google Ads or Google Analytics are enabled — to measure how visitors find us and how our ads perform. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up and, if you become a customer, to provide the Service. Student and course data is kept for as long as the institute's account is active, and is deleted or returned on request when an account is closed, subject to any legal retention we are required to observe.

Your rights & choices

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

Ask us to correct or update it.
Ask us to delete it.
Ask us to stop contacting you — just reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or email us.

If you are a student of an institute, please contact that institute first, as it controls your data; we will support them in responding. To raise any privacy concern with us directly, use the contact details above.

Children

Some students may be minors. Where an institute enrols minors, it is responsible for obtaining any consent required from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child's data has been shared with us without proper consent, contact us and we will help have it removed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Each institute's data is kept logically separated from others. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any issues promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
